Our word
What we commit to.
One specification, itemised
Grade and brand of cement, TMT steel, wiring and fittings named in the estimate. Any change is approved by you in writing before it is purchased.
An engineer you can reach
One site engineer is answerable for your build and answers the phone. You are not passed between a contractor and a supervisor.
Paid against the slab
Payments follow stages you can stand on site and verify — footing, plinth, each slab, plastering — not a calendar.
Vastu without argument
If your family follows Vastu, we plan for it at drawing stage rather than breaking a wall later to correct it.
Snags closed first
The final payment falls due after the snag list is closed, not before.
Papers in order
BBMP or panchayat sanction, khata and completion documentation tracked alongside the build, not after it.
